21st January Filming

We arrived at nicoles house and first we had to rearrange the room to our desired floor plan. We decided to close the curtains a bit so we had very little light, but enough to film. We then found an appropriate place to attach the handcuffs to the bed and we then began to apply the make up to our characters. When we began to apply make up to our female character, Charlotte, we decided to make it look like she has bruises and blood on her arms so it appears that she has been suffering. We took pictures of both actors once they were fully in costume.

We began filming and we made sure that we took lots of shots of the opening scene so that we had lots that we could use. Initially we found it very difficult to pan with the camera and zoom because we were new to these techniques. We repeated many shots over and over again until they looked perfect on the camera. The female actress had to leave early so we didnt have time to film them both together, but I think we have enough footage to work with at the moment anyway. We also took shots of the antagonist desk for continuity.
